Unfortunately, he threw away all that opportunity. Floyd jr. has the talent to be the greatest, that i concede. But he will forever be known as an UNDERACHIEVER, whereas Pac is an OVERACHIEVER. Most people will have John just outside of the top 10 or sneaking into the top 10 at the expense of a fighter who didn't deserve to be on there in the first place. But you have him top 5?! A disputed win against Marquez, two wins over Rocky Juarez who is really turning into a stepping stone type fighter, and a 33 year old Derrick Gainer off of a 2 year layoff? I'd wait till he defeats any of the top 5 fighters in his division before I put him so high on the list.

Neither fighter clearly won 7 rounds. Cintron was a poor preformance, but I consider that to be more of something to be ignored until his next fight, considering he was supposedly planning to start slow, and he did KO Quintana in the 1st round in the rematch. That being said, I think Williams gets somewhat overrated.
