Baby bull has been terrible in his last 6 fights. Marquez is also coming of a lose. This fight should not be on PPV. Only wannabe fans will buy it :davil2:
You'd boycott anything dude. Sometimes, I think you are just stubborn :)
Just because I don't feed my money to greedy promoters doesn't mean I'm a non boxing fan. I'm looking forward to the Cloud-Johnson fight and the Dawson-Pascal fight. You know, good fights that are actually free?
the styles of the fighters fighting mesh well and their all crossroads fights where the loser could become a gatekeeper theres alot on the line and how often do you see two undefeated prospects fighting for a major belt.
For a vacant one without beating the real champ. All the more reason for me to boycott this card. And I don't even think Jacobs is all that good.
If you dont think this card is the best of the year so far you have issues.
Pirog vs. Jacobs
Mendy vs. Bika
Guerrero vs. Casamayor
Juarez vs. Linares
Frankie Gomez is fighting.
Geore Groves is fighting.
JMM-Diaz
Bullshit. This card certainly is PPV worthy. I doubt the main event can match the ferocity of the first fight but overall GBP set out a great card.
totally agree with you bro and if you think about it when was the last time anyone seen an undercard as stacked as this one?!?!?!?! its been a while and ill gladly pay whatever to see it!!!
You rep West Virginia 2 and rep Germany as well while being from Texas.
You're confusing me man.
ha the wv2 is wilfredo vasquez the 2nd i like him as a fighter. and yes i am half german half mexican and i live in texas lol
Top Rank has had shit too but the last Latin Fury was pretty decent.
as far as i can remember the last couple of years golden boy has put on better cards than top rank unless im wrong
Nobody should be that surprised, GBP doesn't know anything about putting on a good card.
Thank god for Top Rank.
im trying to remember the last good card from top to bottom top rank had?
I don't see what's so great about this undercard like everybody is claiming. Juarez is boring, Casa has had gotten boring as he has aged, and Linares belongs on a PPV when he has only beaten a bum since getting iced in the 1st round? I don't see what everybody else is seeing about this PPV.

Well Clottey has been in PPV coming of a loss... where is the problem in having a rematch of a foty candidate with a good undercard in it??
Some people say they won't buy "boring" fighters fights... And then some complain about not buying this PPV cause its gonna be a war, but both came of a loss...
Every single one of those fights on the undercard have a good chance of not delivering any bang for the buck. Who wants to watch some old guy with hardly any legs that hasn't fought a meaningful fight in god knows how long and then Juarez is back on a PPV? Linares is rewarded with a PPV undercard after getting iced? At least HBO isn't paying for this. But it's bad that fight fans are so easily conned by GBP's scheme of putting shot fighters on PPV.
I guarantee you every fight on that card will be a let down.
So you guys wouldent buy Ward vs. Gatti or Vasquez vs. Marquez if they were put on PPV with a stacked undercard instead of regular cable? That's basically the same thing with Marquez vs. Diaz!
LOL at you comparing marquez vs Diaz 1 to the classic triliogy of marquez-vazquez lol

Vasquez/Marquez was a title fight that lead to the best trilogy in boxing history.
Ward/Gatti was a monster fight and one of the biggest upsets (Ward was 37-11) in recent boxing history.
Marquez/Diaz was a damn good fight, but that's all it was. Marquez and Diaz lost their last fights. They both suck at 140.
There's no point to this rematch (Diaz will lose again) and no reason for it to be on HBO PPV
