This is a joke. It will be a black eye for boxing because Toney will get whooped and the MMA guys will have fuel for their argument. He is probably the worst example of a fighter that boxing could send to the UFC. He is overweight, undertrained and in over his head. I don't expect anything more from Toney than I would expect from Randy Couture if he were fighting Wladimir Klitschko under boxing rules.

If Toney wins, to some it may show that a boxer can cross over and beat a good MMA fighter, Mercer went over there and had a little success too. Id love for an MMA fighter to get in the ring with even a decent boxer, lol. That was actually a goal of Anderson Silva, was to get in the ring and box with Roy Jones Jr- his idol. Mercer KTFO tim Silvya in less than 10 secs or something, haha.
