After winning a unification match against an excellent champion in his own third championship division, I have to have him on the radar. Anybody here thinking of him as an ATG or at least potential ATG? The win over Hasegawa actually surprised me and made me look over his body of work seriously. He's 16-2 in major world title fights across three weight classes and has defeated nine world champions. What do you think? If a definite no, what would or could he do to get there, in your opinion?

no. not even close yet, but the win over Hasegawa was excellent. He needs more notches on his belt. If he gets a few more wins against top opposition expect to see him in P4P calculations.
