Look at how Mayweather handeled Hatton. Mayweather was having problems and was getting his ass whopped the first 3 rounds and getting bullied and almost knocked down.
When pacquiao fought hatton, it was all pac pac pac ...... hatton looked like an ameteaur compared to pac man.
And made one of the most brutal knockouts in the history of boxing.
So all you FLOMOS out there .... pac does have a chance. Im a floyd fan and i even realize this shit.

what about the clottey fight?
that fight told me that pac doesn't have welterweight power.
pac threw, what, 1000+ punches? and still could never break through clottey's guard. yet, judah and cotto were able to break through that guard to land hard shots.
In his fights with Cotto and Judah, even though Clottey used his high guard frequently, he was confident enough to exchange punches whenever he had the chance. Thus, his wins in those fights. In the Pac fight, Clottey could not to abandon his high guard and slug it out, even though he was having some success in busting up Pac from his infrequent punches. The reason is because he felt (physically) that he had a high chance of getting KTFO'd, which was not the case with Cotto and Judah. So, that tells us something about Pac's power.
yeah i know pac kd'ed cotto, but cotto has been knocked down before, and he's been chicken legged before. plus the 145 catchweight may have been a factor. (gotdamn i hated that catchweight bs).
after the fifth rd of pac-cotto, when cotto was already finished, pac hit cotto with clean, full power shots, repeatedly, for the rest of the fight, but cotto never got staggered. yeah he bled like a mufukka, but never staggered, never got put on queer street. those same clean shots from a true welter would have dazed cotto.
In round 6, Cotto WAS staggered against the ropes, enough for him to wrestle the smaller man to stop his onslaught.
and no way pac hits as hard as mosley, so good luck trying to replicate rd 2 of mosley-floyd.
By the same token, Mosley couldn't even daze Cotto, who Pac put on queer street.
size will be another factor. floyd is too big for pac when you consider that he's just as fast if not faster than pac.
i think pac's only chance is to use his quickness and try to outhustle floyd and out-workrate him to a decision, while trying to survive floyd's pinpoint incoming. even if pac somehow is able to find floyd, he ain't knockin out floyd.
in other words, it's a longshot that pac beats floyd.
Im a pac fan and i even realize this shit.
i would love to be proven wrong though. reverse jinx in effect, bitchez!
I'm a Pactard, but even I consider a Pac victory 70-30 at the most. There is just no denying May's greatness, skills and physical advantages. But that is precisely why I find this match to be compelling. It gives Pac a chance to achieve his full potential as an ATG fighter, and it gives his fans the opportunity to witness true greatness in their lifetime. Win or lose, that is all any true boxing fan can wish for.

Preach, my brotha Preach!!:hail:
I find it funny that everyone says Floyd will get knocked out, the guy have never even been knocked down, he just fought one of the hardest punchers in boxing and took his punches and didnt even go down. The only way that pacman beats floyd is by decision n i don't see that happening.
I think it goes like this:
Just because, A > B and B > C ... Does not mean A > C
Don't EVER correct my typing while getting head ever again. EVER AGAIN.
Well first of all... Floyd was not getting "the shit" kicked out of him for the first 3 rounds..
Hatton may have won the first few just based off activity and smothering Floyd.
You also have to take into account he was coming off a knockout loss when he fought Pac.. coupled with a new trainer that seemingly gave him problems all through camp and even minutes before and after the fight...
But triangle theories do not work...
Cotto barely edges Shane... and then gets dismantled by Margarito... it gave you the feeling old Shane was in for it against Margarito... but no.. because that's not how it works.
Styles make fights my man.
Cotto got dismantled with Margarito's brick hands lol

Hatton also KOCKED OUT CASTILO, and every PACTARD says CASTILO BEAT FLOYD...GUess what happened to hatton..ko by Floyd. Pac also lost to Marquez some say once some say both times. Floyd ran through Marquez like liquid shit. Floyd aslo fought hatton when he was undefeated at 147 (Hatton was a title holder at that weight before facing floyd). After hatton got ko by floyd he gain probably 60 lbs and almost got ko in his return fight before blowing back up in weight coming back down to 140 and getting ko by pac...
hounddog or what you called. jesus chavez tried that tactic as did castillo and dont say castillo won cuz he lost ud ricky hatton tried he failed oscar was 154 he tried he failed by sd although floyd landed 80 odd more power punches....sorry dude floyds been there done that. freida roach hasnt even worked out a gameplan for floyd lol cuz their aint any.

Well, although I do think that the Hatton fight was a tough fight, I don't see Mayweather at any point being out of control, he was trying to land the check hook from the start, and he was effectively fighting while moving back, please dont forget that styles make fights. Mayweather can counterpunch and use his D, he can move back and counter while you’re moving in, and he can stand his ground and pressure you or outbox you with his jab. Pacquiao will be the quickest fighter in Mayweather's career, but he's far from the most skilled; now how many fighters has Pac fought with all these abilities?
Pac has a chance. He has great speed all over but what makes him so great is his foot speed. His ability to set his feet very quickly to deliver accurate power shots. In the cotto fight he landed a lot of power punches that made him look off balanced but if you look at his feet, they are planted and he is very balanced. This speed is what makes him good. I think that this gives him a chance, but we all know Floyd is the smartest, best defensively and as he showed it against Mosley, great offensively if he wants to be.
BOY is not a knockout artist. He rarely attempted to go for knockouts, he's not consistent at it..
:lol1:
Add more exclamation points and you got it!

Awright people, can we all just agree that Pacman has at least, a fighter's chance against Floyd? No bullshit, no flaming, no kid talk, no trash...and Reed, looks like we can up our bet to at least a Billion.
Until further notice...
As of right now... once the fight gets signed I will have another 500k bet with Talisayen.
I will see how my points accrue closer to the fight..
And yes, absolutely Pac has a chance... absolutely.

LOL are you seriously trying to use triangle theories? Anyone who watches boxing knows that's a load of crap. You have to look at styles, history, strengths, weaknesses, etc. Focusing on triangle theories makes you look like you have very little boxing knowledge.

Tua-Rahman: Controversial 11th round TKO and Draw (once again, closer than the paper says)
It's something called an "adjustment" he was getting used to Hatton's foot speed and infighting and once he did he BEAT HIM IN HIS OWN DOMAIN. Plus a>b does not mean b>c
I think it goes like this:
Just because, A > B and B > C ... Does not mean A > C
