Pac/Top Rank and GBP agreed in terms. Mayweather has to approve what GBP agreed to because GBP are negotiating on his behalf. PBF isn't in the room with them hashing out the contract. He should be fairly well informed though, and should know what is and is not acceptable to him.

I do hope Marg and Pac fight in Dallas in November. I will be there ain't missing that one... But, it is very premature and kind of idiotic to even insinuate that match up when Margarito as of now hasn't gotten his license yet. if everything was agreed on by mayweather then he wouldnt have to say that he would kno for sure, i think arum is full of shit! He probly just sent him a contract with things in that benfits manny only I know where you're coming from, and it seems a lot of people feel this way, but the fact is that Mayweather had someone negotiating on his behalf. The agreement they reached, at least in my opinion represents both fighter interest. The reason Arum said they're waiting on Mayweather and not Pac is that Arum know Pac is going to sign, cause Arums in charge. Mayweather is in control of his decisions on who he fights, so it's up to Mayweather to agree, and I think he will.
