I met floyd at the ODH Hopkins fight. Granted this was ages ago but he looked to be in good shape. Dude apparently doesn't smoke doesn't drink and is always training. Other times I have seen him he has always looked in shape. I guess Brother Nazim was right when he said his gift is his conditioning.
