That means one scorecard one way or the other (Think Pacquaio-Marquez 1, where one judge changed the outcome of the fight, by not ruling a 10-6 in favour of Manny) or a controversial referee stoppage (Think Chavez-Taylor 1) may be responsible for a sway of tens of millions of dollars in favour of one fighter over another. It's not feasible to adopt a contract like this.
