Neither did Shane Mosley,Barry Bonds,Mark McGuire or Marion Jones. In this day and age when so many athletes are/were performing at unprecedented levels, one cant help but to wonder. I hope he takes the blood test and it comes out clean.Thats not the end-all-be-all but at least its a step in the right direction.
So what are you trying to say, is that once you're accused of something you're automatically guilty of it. Regardless if there is any proof at all, regardless if the accusation is baseless and unwarranted. Does it mean that you can be accused of anything and that means your guilty.
No P-nut brain what Im exactly saying is in sports there have been precedents where an athlete is doing something extraordinary and test come back negative only for them to be caught someway or admitting to it later on...was that simple enough for you guys?

Really now your an expert in LAW too? So when has Manny lied? I don't remember do you?
Sure. But first things first, Alex. Show proof that a member of Team Mayweather said 60-40. I mean, YOU aren't lying, are you?
False, ghetto Matlock...
For arrests and warrants, probable cause is needed which "information sufficient to warrant a prudent person's belief that the wanted individual had committed a crime (for an arrest warrant)"...
Refusing to be searched, is not reasonable suspicion...
Man, the ghetto must be on the come up... Brothas gettin' credit for frustrating the forum with intelligent banter.
here is my question. If you have evidence to arrest why would you need a search warrant???
Lying about what??? Not wanting to get searched/tested???? You have shyt backwards...
A cop stops you and accuses you of being drunk with no evidence, no probable cause, reasonable suspicion, nothing.... Then the cop says take this breathalizer test.... You say yes, then no, then maybe, then no again..... The cop then says your changing your mind about the test,,,,you must be hiding something....
The cop never proved reasonable suspicion to stop the car in the first place so asking for the test was not warranted.... His changing his mind about the test is of no relavance whatsoever... To undeline this point further,,, the cop could find 100 kilos of crack in your trunk and it would be thrown out of court due to the policeman's illegal stop/search...
First - your example doesn't require a search warrant. I suggest you go back and do some research. Second, your first sentence is wrong as well. I think we should halt this discussion until you know what you're talking about.

Yes. Lying will get you searched. So is contradicting yourself.
BTW, what is a "ghetto Matlock?"

flomo like you is a scientist.
go get a life... let the one who understand the meaning of PED do their job.
you need proof before a search warrant can be granted
No, not proof - reasonable cause. Any suspect whose story keeps changing, is contradictory and at times a downright fallacy would be reasonable cause.
what excuses. pac said yes to the tests. only one making excuses is floyd. It seems like he doesn't want the fight.
Yeah he wanted to know the exact day of the test originally with a 24 day cut off now to a 14 day, it is bs. Agree to a random test up until the date, he doesn't deserve a 50% cut he isn't the draw, Manny is well known, but Mosley was far more known.
exactly.
problem is that they dont believe in pac being able to beat floyd. thats why they continue to make up excuses for pac. rather, they are simply being irrational and throwing all logic out of the window

preach!!!!
It is just obnoxious, man these guys are ridiculous. The solution is simple take the tests, knock his block off. Everyone is looking at the smoke, nobody is paying attention to the fire. They make excuses, but be real, either you believe in yourself or you don't it is simple.
I don't care about any of this, all I have to say is Pac should have taken the tests all along. Was it annoying yes, was it insulting yes, but what reason is there not to take it is my question? In fact just to shove it in his face he should have to took the test and beat his arse, but he apparently either didn't think he could win or was on PEDs or even both.
you sure about that Einstein?
I think you mean probable cause.. :drive:
During trial, to win your case, you need proof beyond a reasonable doubt. :stooges:
well for him just reasonable cause... :pat:
thats besides the point. the poster said you need proof to obtain a search warrant which is WRONG and you cosigned him. bwahahaha
all you need is reasonable doubt to obtain a search warrant
