Is Roger overrated as a trainer?

He's not really rated that high as a trainer, so I don't understand this thread. I was just about to say that. It's not like Roger has been collecting awards. This is just another pointless thread with an agenda.

So it's like a scavenger hunt? If you find it you get it join? Do you have to pay or anything? Of course you have to pay. $75 a month because it's such a high quality gym. High quality ring (going to be 2 soon). Floyd goes there sometimes and he works with the fighters to. And funny thing is that they have a nice leather couch and a big HD tv when you enter, kinda like a waiting room.

he does train said quali , if you listen to his instruction he gives sound advice to maxmize hes fighters talents said lost to aydin roger was telling him the right things but he wasnt listening it was on shobox, he doesnt say anything overly complicated but what he does say works , the simple thing works sometimes like throw a straight to a body to set up the head punches He gives great advice and I would know because I train at the Mayweather Gym.

roger is a world class trainer..do you know how much knowlege you have to have to train at that level???floyds blessed with a great boxing brain which makes rogers job easier..but you dont see what he does behind the scenes.. Well he's not really rated as a trainer man...

Roger has done a great job with little floyd. No question man man has done his job.i dont know about training anyone else Floyd was already great when Roger took over for Floyd Sr. That's my point.

I think he is cuz he doesnt have a stable of boxers but as far as him not giving floyd detailed instruction, does he really have to? Floyd's never in need for it.
