Did u see Mayweather vs Gatti?? that would be Floyd vs Cotto all over again...He would retire Cotto for good. I like cotto but i wouldnt want them to feed him to a beast. Cotto would be better off facing Pac again (although he would lose that too)...Floyd will hit him in spots he didnt know he had... But as u can see..Cotto and Arum are prepared to face Margarito, Pac, spinks etc..he never once mention Floyd...Cotto might be brain dead but he aint stupid! This is some bs. Pac is a far more dangerous offensive machine than Floyd. Floyd counters every so often and pot shots you to UD's. He wouldn't do half the damage Pac did to Cotto and he wouldn't be able to stop him from coming forward.

All the sudden Arum will let him fight Cotto huh? Y'all need to get a grip and understand Arum will not let Floyd destroy his guys period. Arum will stand in the way of every Top Rank Vs Floyd match up.

I have little to no interest in this. There was a time when this should have taken place, now isn't the time. Cotto still has to prove he's elite, atleast allow him to regain his confident and get a few good wins. I mean, don't you guys see the pattern here? Right after an easy opponent, he goes on to face a very tough opponent. Atleast give him enough time to improve under Steward, doesn't he deserve that?

I always thought that Cottos timing,countering and left hook can raise some hell against Mayweather.Even if the odds are against Cotto he will do alot better than Mosley and Delahoya combined.And i will never count him out in beating Floyd!! Cosign. I guess there are some people on here that understand this sport.

I like to see Cotto in one more fight with Stewart before facing another elite I agree. Cotto needs to get accustomed to his new trainer, and Stewart still needs to help Cotto defend against right hands.
