i cant even tell u, basketball sucks. i just know that the spurs are boring and the suns run up and down the court all night. the nba is super rigged. Co-sign....they were pushing Kobe vs Lebron so bad this year for the Finals....that diddn't happen so they rigged the Orlando / Boston series for the next best thing (business and ratings wise).

Can't deny the Lakers are probably the greatest Dynasty (Pacquiao = Lakers / Floyd = Celtics....like that one?) Game 7 had us shitting bricks....especially after Ron Ron hit that 3 in the 4th. I tried to make it down to LA for the riots...needed a plasma.

Because I find his fights exciting to watch and from all the interviews I've seen, he seems like a nice humble guy.

please, due tell. I prefer a certain style of boxing. I like aggressive fighters. The type of boxers that are relentless and try to destroy their opponents. This is why my all time favorite fighters like consist of guys like Jack Dempsey, Mike Tyson, Manny Pacquiao, Prince Naseem Hamed, Erik Morales, Johnny Tapia, Vic Darchiyan, Henry Armstrong, and others. I do like boxers such as Riddick Bowe, Bernard Hopkins, Willie Pep, and Andre Ward......but I still prefer more aggressive fighters. But as to specifically why I like Manny, is that I like that he goes out and gives fans the fights they want to see, his speed and angles, and the fact that he tries to put on a show for the fans each and every time.

i think it's more like saying "i hate san antonio because they're boring". it may not make sense to you but other people prefer offense rather than defense. Yeah...you could say that.... And personally...I love the **** out of the Spurs....they are proof Fundamentals wins on a consistent basis...minimal flash + hard work = 16 seasons of 50+ wins in the last 20 yrs. it's not that, it's just I kinda' don't understand it when people say he's the most exciting fighter or whatever. and i guess he is exciting...because i can't say he's boring. but a lot of people i talk to like him for that reason alone. i mean, yeah, we need that element in the sport..but if that's all you're going off on i think your argument is invalid. there's too much hype sometimes around certain boxers which in turn doesn't allow others to shine..others who downright deserve too. that's all i'm saying. we should appreciate other things just as much. that's all.. Getting back to this rebuttle.... Why do people like Lebron James? He hasn't won shit....has always failed on the biggest stages...gets paid a ton of money...yet by basketball standards...is fundamentally horrible. Yet people flock to him and pay some dam good money (82 games a year) to see him dunk on fools, hit buzzer beaters and block shots from behind....why...BECAUSE HE IS EXCITING. Has nothing to do with boxing...but the comparison is similar to your reasoning about the "Exciting being the only factor"
