Does Pac Honestly Think He is a Bigger Name Than Floyd Mayweather?

Your comment that you pay to wach Mayweather is quite "touching" and i am suitable impressed and touched. However, I don't allow any PPV company to touch my pockets for a Mayweather fight. If this fight actually takes place, and DOES NOT stinnk "out the house" as the majority of Mayweather's fights have done, this will purely the result of "who he will be fighting", as has occurred in any other successful PPV he has been nvolved in.

All that recognition means nothing of the people who recognise him dont pay to watch him fight.Check the video below,this is a typical Filipino household.So many people having bought one fight.The end result is they just shout at press conferences but when it comes to watching the fight they dont pay to watch it rather 10 families buy one ppv. It's hard to say who is the bigger draw in away.On one hand Floyd did better PPV numbers with the same fighters.But he fought those fighters at better times in their careers.Hoya was still a major player in the sport and Hatton was never beatin and had almost all of UK on his back.IMO Floyd is the bigger draw even still but this fight should be 50/50 just cause Floyd can't make this kind of money anywere else.Meaning Floyd is the bigger draw but not by much.I mean this an't Hoya Mayweather were Hoya was a much bigger draw.50/50 split lets get this thing on.

I had about 15 people over at my house to watch Mayweather/Mosley, I guess because 10 of them were black they "is po' folks too massa?" GTFO with that mess. People go to parties partially because they don't have to pay for the fight, yes, however it has more to do with the atmosphere of a fight party. Its fun, the booze and bud (at least at my pad) make it more fun, you got food, friends. Add to the fact that Mayweather/Mosley was the most hyped PPV ever, the fact that they were saying 3-4 million was possible and they end up with 1.4 million buys. If you ask me its closer to a failure than it was a success given their expectations, apparently GBP thinks Mosley is a bigger draw than Pacman expecting those numbers. Can you prove this?Where did you get such a lie from? No it's actually true. There was a survey conducted by Roy Morgan and it actually showed that the number 1 motivating factor for consumers to purchase a Floyd Mayweather PPV was to see him lose.

of course you can mention Pacquiao without mayweather, same with the other way around. The thing is the sheer presence of a superfight as big as this, would even generate fans that can only be gotten when these two fight if you know what I mean, which is why I think 50-50 is fair. If you say you cant know who is bigger worldwide then you can say the same for America, nobody knows for sure, yes mays fight did 150k-200k buys more when they both led the card (oscar led the card when they fought him, he did the pulling imo, so I am using may/mos and pac/cotto). You gotta factor in other situations, such as, promotion, if pac had the same promotion as mayweather did for mosley, his fight could have done more, nobody knows for sure. what we know is that pac pulls ion 800k on his own with a nobody, we dont know what mayweather can pull in with a nobody like clottey, common sense would suggest around the same, since with marquez, a huge mexican fanbase in the usa got 1m buys, he must have accounted for at least 25 percent of the buys imo Never mention promotion as a factor,it's part of business.If no one knows about your product then promote it.Pacquiao was never stopped from promoting,infact he hurts business.The last time this fight was negotiated Pacquiao only wanted 2 press conferences for such a big fight.this shows another reason why Pacquiao deserves less,he brings less brains to the table

I dont think Mayweather has any problem giving Pacquiao those revenues in that order.As for Arum claiming he showed Pacquiao's fights in 50 countries more,I would be happy with a link which shoows such.Arum is also good at inflating things.At the end of it all,the question is how much money was generated from those 50 countries? thats the question and the problem. if it generates quite a bit of money, the two greedy promoters would not give pac a fair deal, arum will try to get the money into his own pocket and oscar will try to get a 50-50 deal despite pac being bigger outside of usa while still arguing for 60-40 in usa.
