Ronnie Shields to train Rigondeaux!

Not sure, but if it was me managing him, his ass would be staying in catskills. Excellent place for training fighters. That would be good, he should seclude himself from friends and distractions while training.

If he ain;t gonna be serious about his training, he will lose to some tough mexican no namer, no matter all his skills and cutesy. I read that he was getting beaten up in sparring by some novice and he had difficult on the pads recently. Is he in Miami again? I thought he said he wanted to distance himself from distractions.

I think it's good move after all the shit behind the scene's and with the court case's. Rigo need's to get back to his boxing and he was adamant he wasn't going back to Roach, Shields will be good for him imo!

Watch Rigondeaux lose in his 10th fight in an upset and drift into oblivion for a couple of years then suddenly re-emerge. lol why you say that?

Damn, so he did sign with Top Rank. I know Shields is a pretty good trainer, hopefully he can help Rogondeaux properly set himself in as a pro.
