one sanctioning body- why can't it happen?

I think Boxing would be better if the Jr, and Super classes were entirely eliminated. We'd have, Featherweight, Lightweight, Welter, Middle, Light Heavy, and 200+ is Heavyweight. This would not only make each champion more respected, but it would make boxing more competitive as a whole because the belt will be more sought after. One sanctioning body, with five people who make major decisions about upcoming fights, and matches on the world level. - E. Steward, D. Fischer, Lennox Lewis, Bernstein, George Foreman These 5 guys would decide basically everything about the sport...I feel these 5 guys would run it much better, 500% better, than the current system.
