Cotto Needs To Start Caring About His Health

Toney always been had a bit of a mush mouth so his slurring is probrably not as bad as it really seems. hes almost 20 years older cotto seems the same.

He's always spoken that way in English and Spanish. He pauses a lot to think about what he's gonna say. I think if it were something like being punch drunk he'd be slurring his words a lot more. Sounds like the same Cotto to me. But I don't think he should endure anymore punishment to the level of the Margarito and Pacquiao fights. Yeah i agree...Hes never been that articulate anyway speaking english...Im learning to speak spanish and i stutter and struggle to say certain things too..

Toney has been slurring like crazy for awhile now. You can barely make out what he says these days, everytime I hear him talk it sounds like the Charlie brown adults talking.

I think he was just trying to word his answers better, it's one thing to stutter or talk slow but a whole other thing to slur your words like Mosley has been doing for the past few years now. BTW Cotto has one of the easiest to under stand Puerto Rican accents, that might be for the fact he doesn't talk as fast. I couldn't understand everything Tito said back in the day and I know they ain't Ricans but Gamboa and Rig are hard as fukk to understand.

i also noticed in the post foreman/cotto fight. the interview right after the victory. He was crying with his mother dude, because it was the firs fight with out his pops.

Well, he chooses this kind of career, then he must be ready of the consequences that will happens in the future.
