What would a Win over Cotto do for Tony?

Put Tony back in the superstar status he had before the SSM fight Last but not least and most important 3. prove that he wasn't cheating the first time. i agree with the first one. and only the first one. imo, he can never bring back the image he had before the ssm fight. people respect him so much and viewed him as a blue-collar hardworker boxer. and for the 3rd one, i think he can still beat cotto now and still has the edge. but it would be completely different, coz cotto's not the way he was before. he could never erase the suspicion in the back of our minds... and i really doubt that he could do those damages again to cotto if they fight again even if cotto's not like he was before. <---i just dont think shot is the term.

And why do you care how much Tony makes? If he gets his license back then it means he served hid punishment. How do you justify punishing someone after they served out the sentance. I would like to see this fight. I think Cotto will have a better plan and outbox him. Maybe even ko him. but if Margarito beat Cotto most likely he will have bigs fight after that.

I mean a year has come and gone regarding his suspencion and he's still not licensed so why talk about any mega fight with any of boxing's elite much less Cotto?

It would indeed show he could beat Cotto without plaster in his gloves, but it would'nt prove it did'nt happen the first fight, it was obvious he had them in the last fight. That's my opinion on the matter.

I am a Cotto fan but I wouldnt be 100 percent sure if Cotto could beat Margo.I see it as a 50/50 fight, I give Cotto a slight edge because he is a better boxer but I think that slight advantage gets erased by the brutal beating that he took in their first fight and it brings it back to 50/50. I would love to see Cotto/Margo 2 simply because it would be a good fight but even that we dont know if he cheated against Cotto I know for sure he attempted to cheat against Mosley and for that I think he should be banned for life.
