Pac is a global phenom. Floyd is only known in the US and UK. Pac wins by a humongous margin. Then again, Floyd doesn't fight for his fans or his legacy, so why would he care?

I think Manny has the most fans. But not by much. Mayweather has an incredible fan base. "Incredible" means unbelieving, and in that sense I expect you are right. Manny P has probably a couple of Billion fans. YES I said "billion", Asia is swarming with people. in thsi race, Mayweather comes nowhere, Manny has long passed the post, and Mayweather is still getting started.
