Some say Manny Pacquiao is the most entertaining/exciting fighter, but can he compare

Gatti wasn't exactly a draw anywhere else other than the New jersey area but yes he was a very exciting boxer.

ahh dream fight....gatti vs pac, at either 135 or 140. pac takes em, but in WARRS!! Pac takes little punishment from Gatti and punishes him the entire fight stopping him in under 8. Gatti wasn't very good, he was just able to take obscene amounts of abuse.

Not one better than the other but they're both exciting to watch.

i dunno about you but taking a beating is not something i consider exciting, esspecially for the fighter im rooting for im not a brawl fan, there i said it unless it's skillful trading like toney-mccallum

Gatti is known for being able to take a lot of punishment, not for bringing excitement to the ring. However, you always knew no matter who he went in with it was going to be a good show. Pacquiao is not the most exciting fighter. Tyson is the most exciting fighter in any sport in history. I also find Roberto Duran, Tommy Hearns, Oscar DLH, Shane Mosley, Joe Frazier, Rocky Marciano, etc to be equally exciting to Pacquiao as I do believe Pacquiao is one of the most exciting fighters to watch and is up there with the boxers mentioned, but he is definitely not "the most" exciting fighter ever.

Pacquiao is more exciting to me than Gatti Gatti took way too much punishment so all of Gattis fights were exciting, body punching and he can take a punch, Pacquiao just throws combos where gatti throws hooks that could land anywhere, and he was puncher who could box :)
