152 Catchweight for Cotto's 154 belt? Looks like Pacquiao has the politics/Arum on his side that's why when Cotto refused to put his title on the line at 145 he was threatened to be stripped when WBO was going against it's own rules for Pacquiao. So will it happen again? Will Cotto have to defend his title that he won at 154, at a catchweight against Catchweight Pacquiao? I think the money would make Cotto bend to Pac/Arum again. With that said, I think Pacquiao beats Cotto at 147-154, any weight class...it's just a stylistic nightmare for Cotto.

If Cotto let's them punk him into this bullshit catchweight non-sense again and gets his brains scrambled again as a result I think the feds should get involved. This is abuse of authority on Arums part and a conflict of interest as he is the promoter of both fighters.
