All of this media attention is good for Foreman. How many fighters do you know that get this much hype after only winning one world title fight?
If (and when) beats when Cotto, he'll be very popular and I'm sure he'll be able to headline MSG in the not too distant future. Maybe even Yankee Stadium again!
I didn't want to but it's true. Foreman carries religion around with him wherever he goes, so it's natural for me to bring it up. When he was on the Kimmel show, all they talked about was religion basically and they mixed it up with Boxing.
Foreman has done NOTHING to even be on HBO LOL. The guy is BORING and got lucky with the title shot.
He will feel Cotto's killer left hooks and will get TKO'D on Saturday.
haha. ^ What's good Boreman fan? How you doin' today? Having suicidal thoughts?

wheres foreman with his flag pic gone? not repping him anymore?
An image of both guys was on Yahoo Home Page with the caption "Bizarre Ending to Yankee Stadium Title Fight." I thought that was a cool way to sign into my e-mail. Go sweet science!
I don't know about you, but I'm a fan of pure boxers who aim to out-box their opponents and Foreman is just that!
Cotto has never beaten a pure boxer as good as Foreman.
It's clearly obvious that he has....
Thank you, come again....
They are the most exciting heavyweights since prime George Foreman.
A Wladimir Klitschko fight for me = the superbowl to an avid American football fan.
thanks for the red k tunney
Fighting cautious (unless you're Mayweather who built a persona outside the ring to sell tickets) doesn't fill arenas nor does it win you fights sometimes on the big stage. If I'm a Yuri Foreman fan, I'm looking for Yuri to pressure Cotto and throw a good amount of punches to see how he reacts. I think this is a deal where if it's a really close fight, they're gonna give it to Cotto. I actually expect Yuri to open up a lot more than he usually does being his opportunity to open a cut on Cotto is much more likely to happen now as opposed to maybe 2 yrs ago. Cotto can beat a pure boxer, it's pressure fighters he has problems with.

Like I said before, he's feather-fisted BY CHOICE. He would rather put on a good display of boxing ability and give the fans their money's worth. :fing02:
I agree that Cotto will be Foreman's toughest opponent, so far. I just wonder how much power Cotto will have at 154.
He made the audience laugh on Kimmel, so I don't know what you're talking about with that. He just likes to joke around. Was he nervous? Probably. But he still got the audience (and Kimmel) to laugh.

They must really think that Cotto is done if they are even thinking that featherfisted Yuri is going to beat him. I remember when he was undeafeated people didn't give his opponents a chance. Now he loses to a cheater and then the FOD and people think he's that shot? Wow. The reason Yuri is getting attention is simply because of him being jewish. Since he beat Santos (Who was not himself that night) they have been mentioning the fact that he is a rabbi this and that. Cotto unless he sells out, is going to murder this kid worse then he did Gomez. Blame the media for us saying that the attention is due to his religious beliefs not us. It's not like we're saying what BHOP said about Cal " I aint losing to a white boy" this time it's the media bragging about him being a jew. If by any chance a miracle happens and Yuri wins, watch the jews make 6/10/10 a National holiday. :spankme:
I think Yuri is good, but you have to question the quality of opponents he's faced. Ironically, a beat up Cotto is still better than anyone he's fought who still posses power even a 154lber won't sit there and take voluntarily. Foreman doesn't hit hard, nor does he really put the pressure on more than moving around (which is when he punches the least). I think Cotto still got what it takes to put on a good performance. The first few rounds are gonna be telling.
As far as Yuri's media attention, I truthfully haven't seen a lot. He was on Kimmel's show, but even that was a bit random and they barely talked Boxing. Yuri looked completely out of his element. I don't think he's ever going to be this huge star because he doesn't have that "IT" factor guys like Pacquiao, Floyd, or even Cotto have. But that doesn't mean he won't have a good career either.

I seriously want an apology from every Foreman hater, after Saturday night! I think I deserve it with all the harassment I've taken on here from other members!
You also better stick around and man up if Yuri loses lol. Works both ways...

No, I like him. He has some nice boxing skills.
But why is the boxing media so positive about him, while they repeatedly call THIS fighter with 48 KOs "boring"?
Anyone who calls Wladimir boring is not a boxing fan, in my book! The guy not only delivers knockouts, but he delivers them in a technical manner!
