I just had another, closer look. In the row behind I see a nose eyes and mouth etc, partial. Yes, it looks as much like Arum as Arum himself does. I'd bet it is, but not as a promoter, why not as a spectator.

IT looks like his crooked ass but it's not him. Bob didn't start promoting till the late 60's. Ray Robinson was being promoted by the Madison Square Garden group then. Arum would have been in law school at the time that photo was taken. Good find nonetheless

Not sure, I don't think its him from what I know Arum only started promoting fights in the 60s and Robinson's last fight is in 65 against Archer, don't think Arum would be promoting a Robinson fight at that time. JMO anyway I may be wrong, it does look like him.
