it would be a close fight like the martinez fight, yuri is a more skilled boxer thyat uses alot of movement but he doesn't have the power to keep williams humble and williams is very tough he won't stop comin forwrd and he won't stop punchin

I don't find this to be that absurd, Williams has no power cannot handle movement and guys with great boxing skills, Foreman may be a little overrated but he has atleast looked good in a fight. Willams couldn't even swell up Winky throwing 1000's of his sloppy and absurd looking punches, and Winky could swell from considering fighting and Williams "Workrate" or "Volume" couldn't produce anything even mildly exciting or devastating to Winky. That was the last fight he so called looked good...Williams hangs around at these lower weight classes because he has no power cannot box and doesn't seem to have a great chin himself, I don't care what his padded record says he lost his last 2 fights and should be embarrassed to even act like they were anything but gifts. That being said I think Foreman would have a shot, maybe he would lose but Jesus once again Williams is being discussed in foolish fights that he has no business even trying to be in, his big ass should stop free basing and get his weight up to a normal level for a man his size and fight someone like Chad dawson not starving himself into a human pipe cleaner and trying to steal our money at 147.
