If so, then why can't Roy do us a favor and stop lacing up the gloves. He keeps tarnishing his legacy and if it's not to make a quick buck, then for what? He surly can't enjoy boxing that much, with all the licks he has been taking.
Obviously you weren't there for the Jeff Lacy fight, when the entire stadium was chanting his name.
He has love for the game.
Yes, he does enjoy it.. it's his life.
He got 20 mil when he fought Danny, his good
He got 4 mill for that fight, but according to Winky trainer who knows him he has about 35 mill in the bank.
Yup yuuup. How long before Roy compares something somebody does to what he did against one of his opponents, reed, what's the over/under? :boxing:
Y'all Musta Forgottt!
:lol1: It's hilarious.
"Oh that's a tremendous left hook to the body, reminds me of how a prime Roy Jones would throw it"
Excellent news.

I remember hearing and reading places that Roy wasn't attending meetings or taking his production work seriously. They let him go because of the lack of dedication/interest he showed.

Ah jesus christ, I'd rather have Lennox back. Lennox may be a marble mouthed moron but at least he can go a few minutes without referring to his own career or greatness.
You are surely exaggeratinng, and I don't mean about the "marble-mouthed". The word "preen" really earns it's daily bread, when L. Lewis is on the screen.
Sounds like it's just temporary....
Yes, it appears to be a one-time gig, but it may be a test to see if he still has what it takes. Undoubtedly, he knows all there is to know about boxing, and has the vebal talent to pass it on over the air, but............................I wish he didn't speak so fast.
I've never been sure if he just spoke fast, or was also using "jive-talk".
