Why are people acting like Khan just called out Maidana today?

Khan shouldn't have asked to fight the guy everyone has been bitching about him ducking? Gotcha. No win situation. why you being blinkered Maidana was injured in july he cancelled a fight with bradley!!!! khan needs to fight in july ok with me now you dumb f**ker khan has been ducking maidana he has had under hand deals with GB and HBO he wont fight a guy with a 90% ko ratio now he calls him out when he knows he has already cancelled a fight with bradley?????? dont you see what khan is doing, or you are so in love you cant see it!! khan his double bluffing calling out maidana to shut his critics up but in reality knowing maidana cant fight because of an injury **** SAKE!!!!

Is the TS serious? I mean theres reports on how GBP and HBO paid Maidana to no fight Khan in his next 3 fights. Then Khan signs to fight Malignaggi Then Khan says he likes to fight fighters when they r not at their peaks. The Maidana gets injure, and had to withdraw from his July 17 fght with Bradley. Then Khan fights Malignaggi Then Khan calls out Maidana for a july 31 fight,knowing Maidan was injure!

Khan didn't knew that Maidana is injured so it's unfair that Khan is hated for this.

He was the co feature but on team Khan's point of view Malignaggi being a new yorker was supposed to give Khan exposure in NY...Ortiz vs Campbell wasn't even Marketted that well to...Khan vs Malignaggi had several conferrences in NY and UK...it was supposed to steal the show...Maidana vs Khan in LA would have done better IMO

issue was that khan asked anyway KNOWING maidana had a bad back and turned the bradely fight down cause of it. if he asked to fight later this year like in december or november then it be ok, but he asked for it in july to fight an injured maidana Wtf, Hes going to be fasting from Mid august to Mid september, I Lose about a stone or 3/4's of a stone in Ramadan, and you want Khan to be ready for a fight in november, or december, Khans right to try fight before then, he wont be able to train for a month, and after the month, he wont be back to his best or even his natural weight for a while The fact is, Khan asked Maidana if he can fight, Maidana said no.... END OF STORY...Khan finds another opponent for now If he didnt challange him, people would of said he was ducking him, so either way he was gna get shit from people

He called him out after the Paulie fight. Everyone here saw that. Everyone here also knew Khan was planning to fight in July. So Maidana is "injured" and cant fight in July. Ok then. They can fight later in the year. Whats the big deal? :dunno: Maidana has been hurt since before Khan's fight with Paulie and the whole world knew he had to withdraw and wouldn't be able to participate in his match with Tim Bradley that would have taken place on HBO july 18th. Don't call out the handycap when you know he's a wounded duck, I mean they have the same promoter he knows the man is hurt!!!

I don't need to see a doctor's note because I have no reason to believe he's lying. He doesn't have a history of making excuses and ducking fighters like Khan. And what excuses and fighters are these?

Did anyone actually expect this to happen in July anyway? khan did. point of the issue is that khan asked an injured maidana to fight in july knowing he's injured and not fully healed. plus khan said he likes to take advantage of fighters when they're past it/weak so that also whats kinda getting people jumpy over this.

I assume you have seen his doctors note cos Bradley's team havent. Either way - if he cant fight in July, then fair enough. Whats the issue here? Why does Bradley's team need to see any proof? It would be stupid to give your opponent important information about your fighter's injury. He wasn't going to be ready for Bradley in July, but he's going to be ready for Khan in July? It doesn't make any sense. They can fight later in the year.
