Julio Cesar Chavez's hand.. wow

Looks to be just an awkward effect of the camera angle or lighting settings. I can't imagine what kind of injury would do that or what kind of surgical remedy would leave a hand looking like that. Makes me think of a guy I saw last year who had mouth cancer and had to have his mouth operated on. He ended up resembling Kermit the Frog. He was a cool guy anyway though.

Its just a strange camera angle that has created a shadow on his knuckles. When i saw the video on youtube of him and Pac i thought he has had some surgery done. Like Hagler had after he retired.

Nothing odd about it. Those type of deformities are regular with boxers.
