Cotto will win this convincingly. after Foreman i want him to face Pacquiao next. Cotto would destroy him in a rematch unless Pacquiao is still using steroids. oh and even with steroids Cotto can beat Pacquiao if he comes in with a good game plan and doesnt come in weight drained =\
