I adore Manny but admire Mayweather.

i dont like floyd that much but still respect and admire his skills. boxing needs characters like floyd, as much as i dislike him i like the way he winds his opponents up, sometimes it makes me laugh. unlike most pac fans, i beleive floyd is the better boxer Good point way to be un biased.

I think im the only guy on nsb that like both guys.Lean towards manny a little more bcuz i adore him. I still admire Mayweather. Manny is an amazing fighter, , my favorite fighter. His offense wows me everytime i get my money worth when he fights. I have seen what manny does done before you know. I don't like Mayweather style or antics but i admire him as a fighter. For what he does i never have or will ever seen done again in my life time. In the ring find that guy is like find a rear gem 1 in a billion. It's just that manny wows me and excite me more so naturally im a bigger manny fan. I like both fighters too but not to the point of adoring Pacquiao,I like his fighting style bettr than Mayweather.

I feel the same way. I admire the things Floyd can do in the ring, but I like Manny's style a lot more. I favor Manny if the fight were to happen.

This is a very refreshing thread. I admire both fighters as well, however, more so Mayweather than Manny. I think its because of the boxing brilliance i get see on display every time Mayweather steps into the ring. Some may dislike it or call it all sorts of ridiculous things, but the brilliance on display is unquestionable. The same could be said for Manny, although not as talented as Mayweather, he is gifted in different ways. I admire his ferociousness and relentless firepower. The speed and the power from both hands is quite a thing to behold. He is physically gifted. ...but i don't think I've seen a boxer more talented than Mayweather and I don't think we'll get to see another-one for a very very long time.

Like you, i really like both fighters a lot! Floyd has amazing skills, defense, footwork and Manny is just a beast, he's very entertaining and looks like a very cool guy, trying to help his fellow countrymen, giving money for schools, medicines and feeding peoples, also give them the opportunity to drink a healthy water. But in the same time i'm sure Floyd's a very cool dude too, i mean the guy loves his family, he's worried about his father & his uncle health's issues, he loves his kids, try to help people for example while feeding the poors, he hired some of his friends whom where going no where, just give them a second chance basically, not everybody is doing things like that. They're definitely the best from this era!!

Just support who you want but don't lapse into the mindset that these heroes of ours are infallible - nobody's perfect, even at the highest level in sports.

I adore watching both guys fight, because there's different things to watch and appreciate. For technical wizardry and defensive brilliance, I'll kick back and scope out Mayweather doing his thing; then if I want crazy action with loads of punches being thrown from weird angles, I'll gear myself up for a Pacquiao fight and get ready with a bunch of "Holy shit!" exclamations. Great fun either way. For sides, though, I lean towards Mayweather because... actually, I don't really know! I was devastated when he destroyed Hatton, but even more so when Pacquiao did it. Seeing Mosley get trounced disappointed me, but I expected it; conversely, Cotto being obliterated shocked the shit out of me. So I guess I want to see the Pacquiao wrecking train derailed more than I want Mayweather's "0" to be taken from him. Plus, I find Pacquiao's nuthuggers to be far more annoying than Mayweather's. :p

i agree as well.but i would have to pick mayweather on this fight.after all these fights he had against different style fighters at the end he always is like nothing even bothered him.even the people that put alot of pressure.people talk all that crap about well he was smaller than mayweather or older ,blah blah,they werent saying that shit before the fights.for example the delahoya fight i heard he was already old,shit to me he was way more active in that fight and he bought the fight for 12rnds.he did better than mosely.now when oscar fought pacquiao now he looked old and just tired lol.i believe mayweather and pacman will happen this yr. and if pacman wins good for him.shit i for cotto all the way thats my favorite fighter and when pacman beat him i was like damn i give pacman all the credit.i never said no bullshit excuse why cotto lost.pacman was just to fast.i believe pacman is a little sloppy at times and u cant be sloppy against mayweather look at hatton he kept rushing in and being sloppy and got caught.hopefully this fight happens,but there is other great fights out there for all of us boxing fans.what do u guys think of the super six on showtime?

to be honest with you if we are talking about entertainment im with pacquiao 101% the dude would lay a beating on anyone! but if ur referring about boxing then i'd go with mayweather 101% too. the only thing i dont like about mayweather is that he is a great boxer but he talks way too much than what he should have been doing. i know it's his money maker but dude talk when the fight is signed. don't brag about ur the greatest but u take to long in making the biggest fight today to happen.
