I've been watching this circus since it started, and I keep seeing guys repeating the same missinformation.
"Why is Floyd changing the rules" "
"We go by commish rules only" And so on, you get the point.
First, I'm not doing this thread to argue or bash, id just like to inform you guys of some real shyt.
1. NSAC has rules in place for glove size (10oz)
2. NSAC has a fine in place for fighters comming in over.
3. NSAC has rujles in place for the size of the ring.
4. NSAC has a rules in place for testing. (Urine day before and right after fight)
These are all set rules by NSAC, and these rules are just a template.
1. Manny wants 8oz gloves (changiing the rules?)
2. Manny wants 10mil per (changing the rules?)
3. Manny wants a smaller ring (changing the rules?)
Floyd agreed to these things, did he not?
1. Floyd wants OSDT.
This is not changing the rules, its going by the rules. It clearly states that "A fight may ask for additional testing, if both parties agree".
Don't take this personal, its just the truth. When we start to know the rules we can understand a lil better.
dude i spent a lifetime typing all those shyt and all you can comment on is the fckin sig? gtfo douche!
waiting on cixthree's very original "why you mad" reply
LOL
Yeah, nice sig. :D
Nice sig :hitit:

8 oz was his preference just like how it was also mayweather's and has been in the past and according to you, he was just waiting for pac's camp to budge and offer the gloves requirement so he gets credit for agreeing to these "demands".
well, according to your so-called facts, floyd is clearly trying to get the upperhand by trying to bait pac's team to spend their chips on terms that would benefit them both so pbf's team can start spending their chips on terms that would hit them like a brick. if what you're saying is accurate then i would actually commend pac and his team for smelling the bullsh1t and walking away before they get trapped.
Ur spending to much energy arguing a fact dude. according to your logic floyd used his chips to get vegas, so yeah floyd "demanded" vegas.
mad? do you see me using caps? or were you offended with me using the f-word??? i deeply apologize if that was the case, i sincerely had no idea that grown men in a boxing forum would get emotionally scarred just by reading such a word.
fckity fckin fck fck.... yes i'm so fckin' mad now, lmao... smh..
Nice sig :hitit:
You answered ur own questions in ur post dude, its called smart negotiating. Manny walked away cause Floyd pulled his juice card, and Mannny had no choice but to walk away.
yes "smart negotiating" just costed (hopefully just delayed) the fans a fight, and the fighters, millions of dollars, nice. well, at least floyd won that "staring contest", that's all that matters anyway. now would you care to lecture me and the rest of the board here the brilliance of that move? i don't know, crunch some numbers perhaps (again)? list the pvp numbers (again)? explain how boxing is a business (again)?
actually no, since the negotiation process is this interesting anyway, maybe the fight doesn't even need to happen. they should just keep stalling it so some fans can keep watching those "smart negotiating" and appreciate the magnificence of a true masterclass boxing team when it comes to dictating the terms... it's really awesome, who needs to watch pullcounters, bobbings and weavings, knockouts, flush shots, etc when you can enjoy how the fighters use their bargaining chips and applaud them just as much right? hbo needs to add another series just dealing with these, call it "mayweather/pacquiao negotiations 24/7" and run it for years.
And I'm not offended, I asked "why u mad" with a smirk. I understand when people can't hold a convo and debate fact for fact they start cussin and turn it into an argument is all.
I can't be offended or scarred as you say, its more scarring to feel the need to type it then read it son.

cock sh1t fck cunt dick bitch... damn, now i'm fckin scarred...
I dont usually post but I had to call you on this. "floyd always wears 8oz gloves"? You actually have it backwards. He always wears 10oz gloves. If you didnt know it is standard rules for a fight in vegas. All fights that are welterweight and above use 10oz gloves. Being that he fights all his fights in vegas im pretty sure he always fights with 10oz gloves.
He had 10oz gloves in the Judah fight. If you were around back then you probably remember people questioning how big his gloves looked. Thats because they were 10oz.
Manny wanted 8oz gloves because as a puncher those are better for him.
http://www.boxingscene.com/forums/showthread.php?t=354572
they agreed to 8oz.
Watch the judah fight again, lampley clearly says they're wearing 8oz gloves.
Also, Floyd complained of ODLH making him wear 10oz gloves. It was well known he cried about it.
If you have proof he wore 10oz gloves against shane then show it
8 oz was his preference just like how it was also mayweather's and has been in the past and according to you, he was just waiting for pac's camp to budge and offer the gloves requirement so he gets credit for agreeing to these "demands".

WRONG, watch teh judah fight again. Lampley clearly states they are 8oz gloves. He said floyds gloves looked like they were bigger than judah's, but they were 8ozs
And again, the shane fight was in 8oz gloves. So who're you trying to kid?
Also, why did floyd complain about wearing 10oz gloves against ODLH?
haha, thats how i know you only see things in floyds POV only
Floyd ALWAYS fights in 8oz gloves. When he fought judah at welterweight, they were definetely wearing 8ozs
Floyd was complaining when he fought ODLH that he was FORCED to use 10oz gloves, and used the 10oz gloves as an excuse for not KO'ing ODLH
floyd vs shane fought in 8oz gloves
Are you blaming Manny for forcing 8oz gloves when floyd fought shane?
lets just all agree youll never place blame on floyd for anything

As far as Texas, Vegas offered more money, period.

fckity fckin fck fck.... yes i'm so fckin' mad now, lmao... smh..
Seriously, why do Pac stans make so many gay comments and connotations about professional boxers?
sounds like they're dying to come out of the closet or something...
let's say you're Paulie Malignaggi and you've agreed to sex guys at a truck stop.
but all of a sudden, Floyd shows up and asks him for oral. now if both agree, obviously, no problem.
but let's say for some reason, Malignaggi declines to give oral-- certainly it's his right as Mayweather is asking for more than Malignaggi has had to agree to previously for anonymous gay sex.
lol funny shit
floyd uses 80z gloves.
pac never negotiated for a smaller ring size. arum denied this rumor. they're using the standard ring size for this fight.
10mil is add'l penalty, it's not changing the rules. maybe a ridiculous amount but floyd doesnt have to do anything EXTRA, no EXTRA tests, he just have to make the weight. the $10K regular penalty by the NSAC is chump change for these two boxers.
50/50 split is fair for both. if you think mayweather gave in to manny's demand here, you're stupid.
while...
OSDT is an EXTRA REQUIREMENT that pac isn't mandated to do.
His point is Pacquiao made about 5 demands. Mayweather agreed
Mayweather made one demand and Pacquiao said "Absolutley not"[/QUOTE.
What demands? make sure all the demanads agreed by mayweather are not linked with Floyds demand!
His point is Pacquiao made about 5 demands. Mayweather agreed

pac has agreed to floyd's demand and yet gorilla-dog is still running away.
"quack quack quack" - floyd mayweather jr

Whats your point? You mean what Manny has to do is to agree to all Mayweathers demand? :wtf:
His point is Pacquiao made about 5 demands. Mayweather agreed
Mayweather made one demand and Pacquiao said "Absolutley not"
No son, then why even agree to 50/50 in the first place....
Dude, stop trying to seem smart, you just end up lookin stupid. LMBAO! Let me get this rite, So Floyd agreed to 50/50 cause he knew Manny would agree, so he could use OSDT as a duck? Classic.
Whats your point? You mean what Manny has to do is to agree to all Mayweathers demand? :wtf:
haha, biggest piece of shit ive ever read
So the purpose of this thread was to point out that Manny is a bad negoiator? Is this even in the realm of boxing, who gives a ****.
Read your original post, and youll see how it was pointed out that Manny was trying to change rules, and Floyd was bending to Manny. You tried to portray Floyd as an angel for only requesting 1 thing.
Now its "Manny doesnt have a poker face". Manny just wants to fight but floyd and his minions like you have turned it into a circus. Should Manny have asked for 10oz gloves? no, its retarded
damn you guys will reach for anything. Now youre stroking off floyd because he has a "good poker face" not asking for 8oz gloves. This thread is a waste of time
Do u understand english?
Why u mad?
so you're basically saying that floyd tried to gain leverage during the negotiation process by making pac and his team ask for terms which should have been standard (it benefits them both) in the first place... i guess floyd should have let them decide whether they should bring fckin nut protectors, mouthpieces, cutmen, spitbuckets, vaseline or not just to gain more leverage right?
so uhh what do you think pac's team's response to that move? fckin start a staring contest until one of them finally caves in and say "8 oz"? you also failed to mention that wanting the fight to take place in vegas so bad that they didn't even bother to meet jerry jones on the first place was also floyd and his camp's idea.
Ur spending to much energy arguing a fact dude. If none if what I'm saying is not fact, then why is 8oz gloves, smaller ring and 10mil all part of Mannys demands?
