I dont care who you are, what religion you represent or what country your from
Coming back from a big knockout loss and then few fights later becoming world champion .... few more fights later fighting in madison square gardens is what we all wish to do and khans in a position many young fighters will love to be in
enough respect for amir khan and he deserves it.. he said he will come back after being knocked out against prescott and he did
Dont hate - he will fight maidana and probably even stop him.
i respect him with that too. but i hope he won't brag about what he is achieving nowadays, coz i hate to read news about him saying something bad to another boxers.
do you think he will fight maidana next? it will be an excellent vindication for his loss.
Midanas injured so i think he will fight someone 21july and then Maidana around Novemeber
His loss was the best thing to happen to Khan's career. Without it, he wouldn't have left that other trainer to go to Roach and he probably would still have his poor defence and reckless approach. And he wouldn't have been world champion either without the loss.
And it's good to see him improving every time and turning into a complete fighter. Hopefully he fights Maidana and beats him so to prove to everyone the improvements.
Yeah, I got to respect how he bounced back too, true hustlers do that. Prescott had his ass about to have a seizure though, it was a nasty KO. He needs to fight a big puncher or somebody with pop to shut them up, until them, they'll always be weary of giving him props.
He' young (23), he's come back and improves with every fight under the tutelege of Roach.
Sure he will lose some matches if he gets caught a few times, but that probably makes watching him all the more exciting.
Khan doesn't need to fight prescott again, if he fights and beats maidana it should be enough
Prescott isnt in that position to fight Khan, i don't care if he knocked him out in 50seconds. what has he done since.. come on be for real
yes he lost many fights after that.

What I like the most is the fact that he gets BETTER after every camp, not many fighters show that. So it's exciting to watch him again to see what he has improved on.

nice 1....people forget how hes comeback and went through all the criticism etc and is now a world champ and intends on fighting the hard hitting Maidana..
He has come back well.
But until he faces a big dangerous puncher, he hasnt made amends to that KO.
Credit to anyone who comes back from such a devastating loss.
It's an amazing turnaround to reach the level Khan is now, after being KO'd in the first round in 2008. Only a few inches away from losing any chance at a world title shot, Khan has now reached a point where he's widely considered to be among the best 5 boxers in the division and a legitimate world champion too. To me that's highly impressive and I believe very few boxers could recover, regroup and excell the way Khan has after such a potentially devestating defeat. Khan clearly has the heart of a fighter. Pacquiao of course had to comeback too, he returned from a number of KO losses to eventually become one of the very best in the sport.
