What happened to manny???

Not even 4 months ago Manny couldn't agree to a 14 day cut off, Floyd states that the 14 day period was over, even though he felt he was being generous. Many Pacquiao fans stood up for Manny saying that Manny was not afraid and that FLOYD WAS THE REASON, that the fight didn't go through.... But now all of a sudden Manny is ready for the 14 day window......???? So shouldn't the fight not happening, be considered PACQUIAOS' fault? I mean if negotiations broke down over 14 days the first time, why is PAC after all his excuses ready for 14 DAYS?? I have 3 questions for all sincere PACQUIAO FANS. 1.)
