he has a date set and he just needs an opponent to keep that date, I don't think fighting Devon Alexander on short notice is something even HBO would want to do, that is a big fight and needs to be build up and by them fighting some of these other fighters who are running and ducking from BOTH Alexander and Bradley (which is most of the fighters in the 140 division who just so happen to be under Golden Boy Promotions) that is a way to build up that fight, I would like to see Bradley and Alexander fight Khan, Ortiz or Maidana these post are mostly coming from Khan fans though that just like Khan and Golden Boy Promotions, they want these guys to cancel each other out early so Khan would only have to fight ONE OF THEM and not both Bradley vs Alexander will happen eventually but will any of those Golden Boy Fighters ever step up and fight one of them? I don't think so! Khan will come up with a new excuse after his next fight if he wins, either he will fight Michael Katsidis, Maidana then Ortiz then he will leave the division

Alexander-Bradley would be on HBO. Further if they fought in Alexanders home town it could probably draw in 20,000 people. So will Abregu-Bradley, what is your point? Furthermore there isn't much of a chance that Bradley would agree to fight in Saint Louis and 20K is a very hopeful estimate.

Bradley is making more money against Abregu then fighting Alexander? Honestly, I don't know what the purses are/were, but I have a hard time believing that. He's probably making the same amount he would fighting Alexander at this point. Hardcore boxing fans want Bradley-Alexander but neither guy is popular with casual fans and there have been a lot bigger fights that let the demand build before they happened. This matchup is about getting Abragu a fight on HBO that he deserves and not about Bradley ducking Alexander. Abregu has been involved in 2 of the best action fights that HBO has televised, if people are bitching about him getting this opportunity it's probably because they hate fighters who give exciting performances every time they are on TV.

It's not bad for his first foray into welterweight territory, but he really needs to fight Alexander. I don't believe he's scared of him or anything but this notion of leaving the fight to marinate is just backwards IMO.

Give the fight some time to build up. Bradley has fought better competition than both Khan and Alexander combined. One of the title Alexander holds was vacated by Bradley.
