Yes,i dont think Whitaker was,Pac is the greater fighter,he ranks higher then Whitaker in the rankings,he has acheived way more,so i dont see how Whitaker is
.....................................................
no...hes definatley in the list of best southpaws...but i doubt hes greater then guys like whitaker etc atm..
lmao @ that avatar of roy jones knocking out art sewano. i think sewano had a seizure after that punch.
oh yea, greatest southpaw of all time: sweetpea.
Possibly, I don't consider Hagler to be a true southpaw, he boxed out of both stances but if you do consider him one then he is better than Pac IMO.
Pac is better than Calzaghe, Camacho, Elorde, Hamed and Winky.
I think Hagler and Whittaker are the only two you can put above him and it may change by the end of Manny's career.
mayweather may do a leonard-on-duran in the "no mas" fight to frustrate manny, the intelligence of manny and all his boxing IQ will be put on test if that happens
I understand what you're saying, but using Leonard-Duran II as your example isn't a very good example. That fight had nothing to do with boxing IQ.
If he were to take the test and beat Mayweather then hell yeah he would def go down as the greatest southpaw ever. 7 championships in 7 weight classes, no one would be able to argue that, unfortunately Mayweather will stop Pacquiao inside of 9. He will get frustrated like the rest.

Certainly he's in the discussion, despite what the irrationally hateful will post in this thread.
Of what I've seen, it's either Pacquiao or Whitaker, and you can throw Hagler in there if you consider him a true southpaw. I'd personally go with Whitaker, unless Pac beats Floyd.
