Foreman's Ko percentage is misleading. He can def punch. earlier in his career he was more on his toes when he punches similar to Malignaggi, but his last two fights, with k9, and Santos he started really sitting down on his punches. He hurt Santos multiple times and he stunned k9 early in the fight. He's not a weak puncher by any means. I still think Cotto will win though.

I wouldn't put much on a guy who is coming off a bad beating and in with another good fighter. Maybe if he had a few fights in between but jumping from a bad beating against Pacquiao to a clever boxer like Foreman, I would be inclined to back Foreman. Foreman should be significantly bigger than Cotto. Cotto is moving up in weight. Foreman has good boxing skills. He's bigger, longer, a fresher fighter and may be physically stronger. I get the feeling that Arum wants to really build Foreman up and is kind of using Cotto as a stepping stone. I'd agree with you but Cotto isn't the type to step down in competition.. he doesnt like it.. he wants to fight the best and always gets in there with whoever wants to fight him..
