It's the same ol story every single day. Pacquiao must submit to the proper test. If he chooses not to, then retire and forever have your career in doubt. All this they didn't take blood 18 days before the fight means nothing because the fighters didn't know they would n't take no more blood 18 days prior to the fight this manny accepting 14 days means nothing becuase from my recollection that offered expired in february of this year. We have seen the testing, we've seen it's lack of intrusion, and we've read how many test and what dates they did it. No-cut-offs is th standard and should be the standard based upon the intel they have we have read and witnessed during the mosley/mayweather testing. All answers have been answered except if manny is a clean fighter. Will he step to plate to clear all doubt and answer all questions? Or will he continue to politic the whole drug testing protocol? The world awaits!!! if mosley/floyd's cut off date was 18, then 14 is more than enough for pac/floyd. sign the contract and lets see the fight. floyd needs to stop making excuses why the fight can't happen.

I gotta agree with Arum here. Don't publicize the negotiations. All we really want to see is the fight itself. We don't need 5 more months of back and forth bickering which in the end will get nobody anywhere. They should put a gag order in the negotiations for all parties involved. Maybe then people won't consume their lives so much worrying about these two lol. Just signed the God Damn fight already....what else is left to build on?
