I really like Freddie Roach.

Roach is the shit. The guy already has another 2 future stars in lined up after Pacquiao hangs them up. Those being Khan/Benavidez. Dude's a professor.

Although some of his comments get on my nerves sometimes and his fighters have beaten some of my favourite fighters in recent years, he seems like a great guy. Always polite in interviews and he is clearly a great trainer. I'm looking forward to his new book coming out soon. Also he's amazing to be dealing with Parkinson's and still manages to train guys like Pacquaio and Khan. In some videos, where he's training fighters in the ring- he has no signs Parkinsons. Good therapy. He's a great trainer and an ex-boxer- of course he will talk trash!

Ive always liked him,but he has beating my idols withing 12months Hatton, Cotto and Paulie, and he has to be training Cesar Chavez jr for Duddy!! WHY!!my favourite fighters are getting demolished by him

Freddie's a good bloke. Can't sing, dance or talk very well. But he can train fighters.

Freddie Roach talks a lot of shit but damn near everybody in boxing talks a lot of shit. I do wish sometimes that Roach would just stay quiet. But, I like Roach also and I have respect for the man. I think he is greatest combo of trainer/strategist/matchmaker in the sport right now. Saying all that, I still don't think he would be an HBO commentator.

Yea, I also like him, he does say a lot of shit sometimes but that's just because hes trying his best to promote/protect his fighters can't knock him for that.
