He will not clean up the division he is currently in... Berto will get taken by Devon,Amir and Tim at jww. Berto will weight drain and get hurt. Plus he is going to have prove his worth at 140 and go through the divsion like the top 4 have done.

The guy fought at middleweight at the beginning of his career. He's just a crazy stocky dude. He'd have to reshape his body to make 140.

He wouldn't be able to make 140 safely... he's a stocky but BIG WW.

I'd pick anyone not named Bradley or Alexander to lose against Berto. I still consider Bradley and Alexander the best at 140. I'm not listening to HBO's bullshit with the hype of Khan. Cotto and Hatton already beat the shit out of Paulie, Paulie is nothing but other fighters left-overs. Cotto deserves the most credit. Damn is the Katsidis fight on Utube yet? Why would anybody be mad at Berto for this? It's not like Pacquiao or Mayweather are ever gonna fight him. And he won't get any credit for beating Mosley at this stage, and it's still a risky fight. Collazo is ducking the rematch also.

I was hoping Cotto-Berto would get it on in the last quarter of 2010.. But Berto seems like he's duckin the competition at 147 now..he never gave collazo his rematch..smh!

He looks big for 147. Yeah, I swear this guy blows up like Hatton between fights. No way can shedding an extra 7lbs for weigh-ins be healthy.

I wouldn't want to see it but than again there really isn't anyone at WW right now if Williams doesn't come down and obviously Pac and May are outta the question. Unless he wants to fight Clottey. Or someone like Abregu, Gomez, Aydin, or Collazo rematch. I mean he could actually have an easier time dominating because there isn't too much opp at 147 right now. Unless Cotto looks great against Foreman and moves back down.

I think the 140 should move up to fight Berto, because I think Berto would be drained if he moved down. Depending on how he moves down in weight, but I personally think its harder to move down in weight than up in weight 7 pounds.
