Paulie would be the man at 140 if he had some power. He's got everything but power! But yeah i think it's his hand problems, maybe he is cautious to throw hard punches to finish his opponents off incase he injures his hands more?

Malignaggi is underrated on his reflexes. He sees the punches coming, and has very quick hands. Unforfunately it diminishes power in his punches.

The hand injuries really started to have an effect on him after the first N'Dou fight.

Mostly his handproblems, he had like 3 or 4 surgeries to repair his right hand. He doesnt go in for the kill though, not even in the fights hes earned stoppages in he just clowns around
