Will this work: We all know that after Floyd saw the Pac vs Cotto fight he grew a vagina. He went to take a pee and didn't realize he was sitting on the toilet instead of standing up. Maybe if Floyd was to watch the Pac vs Cotto fight again but in reverse he might grow his balls back. OR Or maybe we can send California Governor Arnold schwarzenegger back to November 14 2009 to intercept Pacquiao before the Cotto fight. Floyd must not see this fight, this fight must not happen. This fight will change Mayweather forever and must not exist. Schwarzenegger must prevent Pac from entering the ring.

To solve the problem, Pac will agree to the testing but the weigh in should be an hour before the fight to even the playing field.
