Good stuff. I read The Last Great Fight (a really good book about Douglas-Tyson) and it was sad to hear about how bad Buster's weight got. Nice to see him looking healthy. I haven't read that one yet, that sounds like a great book concept though.

I actually went out to his restaurant in Easton, PA last year. He said he had gotten chunky after boxing because after he put on all that weight to go to heavyweight it was a lot to maintain. He lives down in Delaware now, great guy. Holmes looks like he kept his weight though LOL

Thanks for sharing. Douglas actually looks in decent shape for being out of boxing as long as he has. I remember when he madea comeback he said he didv it mainly to lose weight and get in shape to save his life. He wasn't in too bad of shape, he was about 280 or so. He's a local boxer JV Tuazon, we used to go to war in sparring when we were kids.
