Noone Floyd Mayweathers size or smaller can beat him in this day and age. Sergio's size will allow him to bully Floyd, unless he tries to box, in which he get's beaten 10-2.
Why is Floyd's "0" so important to you guys? Berto is undefeated too, why not talk about his biggest threat?
Because Berto will eventually lose lets face it, He had trouble with an old Callazo,
Floyd is on top of his game and it don't look like anyone out there has what it takes to beat,
Therefore I made a poll as to see which of these two fighters do people thing have the best chance of beating him?
Fairly Obvious I thought mate ;)
I stand by this.
Pacquiao is the tougher fight. Pac is more unpredictable, more untamed and relentless. He will box Sergios head off with a smile on his face. Sergio is coming to box that pays right into Floyds hand.
Everyone thinks they key to beating Mayweather is to throw high volume of punches,
Its not.
The guy to beat Floyd is to have a good jab and to pick your spots, the more shots you throw the easier it will be for Floyd to counter punch,
Manny is too one dimenisonal

floyd needs to fight PW at 154 and Martinez at 160lbs
other then that i cannot see him loseing. only way he can lose if the other guy is way bigger and has alot of advantages over him
I remember Mayweather saying that but don't remember the weight being mentioned.......
Maybe I'm wrong.
I would like to see Floyd clean up at 154 though before he goes to 160,
He has beaten the number one at 147 and Pac don't wanna take the tests,
I don't really see anybody else worth fighting......
Cotto at 154 maybe?
I don't know about Cotto. If anything he should look to face a southpaw since all his possible opponents are southpaws, Paul Williams, Martinez and Pacquiao. So maybe Collazo or Cory Spinks to stay busy, incase nothing materializes against the 3.
That is the only reason Martinez is seen as a possible opponent for Mayweather. During the Mayweather-Mosley post fight someone in the press asked Mayweather "What do you think about facing Martinez at 160, he's a small MW. Would you want to add that cherry on top of your career?". He said "I've thought about it, it's possible". Keep in mind, Martinez is a really small MW and Mayweather will weigh in at 155. He'll enter the ring at 154-155 also.

Still though Floyd has never entered the waters of 160 yet,
He could lose alot of speed and he aint that powerful at 147 imagine what he would be like at 160?
I think Floyd going to 160 is a bad idea

It seems obvious Sergio's slickness would disappear against Mayweather. It's one thing to outbox Kelly Pavlik, something completely different to outbox Mayweather. Martinez's only chance would be his size advantage, which will keep this fight from ever happening in reality.
Pac-Mayweather, on the other hand, is a complete toss-up imo...
Martinez has both the WBO/ WBC titles at 160, Martinez is a really small MW.

Pac is the greatest threat because he cannot be bought by Floyd. The rest are desperate for money and will do anything just to fight Floyd for big payday.
160 is too big a jump, even if he does plan to go to 160 he should fight the best at 154 right now before he does,
No point in doing a "Pac" on it.........

Martinez beat slow one dimensional ass Pavlik and lost a close fight to a flawed Paul Williams...nothing that would make me think he could beat Floyd...
Martinez has never fought anyone like Floyd...
