why the fck dont they do the test after fight ??

its seems that floyd is taking advantage of pac's stupidity knowing a small dose of blood will weaken his body before the fight ,pac's has his traumatic experience during the fight with morales about blood testing issues, i cant understand why mayweather dont agree with this ?? pacquaio suggested it should be done after the fight with unlimited urine test , so what's wrong with that ? i agree......everyone else is/was ok with the commision rules , why cant floyd now after ten years?...... He doesn't trust their effectiveness, and in all honesty I don't blame him. If I'm buying a house I can send my own people into to do a check over on the house instead of leaving it in the hands of the estate agent. As fans there is an eagerness to say ''Why can't they just abandoned that line of thinking'' but from a business/money point of view, both Mayweather and Pacquiao have justification in doing what they're doing.

If you feel a term is necessary in a contract to protect your investment you have every right to put it in there. If the other party doesn't want to accept those terms they're within their rights to do so. Applying that to Mayweather, he has doubts on whether Pacquiao is drug free, to ease those concerns he wants him to take a drug test, he's within his rights to put those terms in the contract. Pacquiao can accept or reject those terms, he rejected them, he's within his rights. I think people forget that this is a business.

It's that if you have a risk through the negotiation it's within your rights to request certain information. If the other party doesn't want to subject to the trials they're free to walk away.

It won't be an issue any longer. Pacquiao already stated in a radio interview that he is willing to take the test just not the day of the fight. Arum and company are now the ones negotiating for the cut-off date. If there is an assumption that Manny is the only one that could be affected by these invasive tests, then it's a false assumption. We just saw a Mosley that uncharacteristically run out of gas early and a Mayweather that was not in his full potential. The tests clearly affected both. The only difference is their age. Manny is younger than Mosley. Like I said these extra tests were unnecessary. We could have seen better performances in that Saturday fight. It will destroy boxing. There has to be better ways. But if these elements are required, so be it. I'm just saying that both could be weakened. It's even possible that Mayweather may be affected more because he knew that Pac is clean.
