Mayweather - Pacquiao is good to go until the TESTING DEmands.. :haha:
How simple can it be?
Bert Sugar, Thomas Hauser and AL Bernstein share the same sentiments. Its all GO everything is agreed upon until....KABOOM!!!! yes Floyd demanded ADDITIONAL Testing Procedures..
and now Hords of idiots are blaming Manny for not accepting it?????
Yeah yeah penalties about the weight blah blah was demanded but if you're not an ignorant or a noob you will realize that this kind of stipulation was done before....Addional Blood Testing Demands of all of a sudden???? WTF?!!!
:haha:
The demands were there from the beginning of the negotiations, and team Pacquiao was OK with it at first. They backtracked and ****ed everything up. It's been said like 20 times in this thread already.
Yes they agreed to a additional testing procedure they initiallly agreed upon 30 days cutoff and on the night of the fight. The fight was all good schaeffer and Arum even scheduled a trip to Dallas as the venue was the last thing to be settled.
Schaeefer cancelled the Dallas trip and the negotiation went all wrong after that.
The boxing WORLD was HAPPY and Content. We have a SUPER FIGHT Coming and What did Floyd do?
Demand additional drug test WTF?????!!!
The whole boxing community was HAPPY until the demand. Now we have Journalist and Forum posters running in circles. unless TOP RANK and GBP planned this from the start.
It was all good until the addional test demands!! Why cant you idiot floyd supporters and apologists understand this?

It's a rumor that Floyd is still using xylocaine which was proven to be false ever since he got Rafael Garcia to wrap his hands. But it's true and recorded on video (on HBO no less) that Floyd Jr. used to take xylocaine a while ago. Ellerbe was right and wrong on the issue. Right in saying that Floyd is not using the stuff but wrong in saying that he never used it at all.
Pacquiao's trainer used xylocaine too. I don't see the big deal.

Also that whole xylocaine injection thing was proven to be a false rumor I believe it was mentioned on the Mosley-Mayweather 24/7.It's a rumor that Floyd is still using xylocaine which was proven to be false ever since he got Rafael Garcia to wrap his hands. TS is a dumbass. It's well known that OSDT was on the table the first time. Pac and his team even agreed to it. Roach was known to have said that they'll take any test.
it's different because you believe so.. :lol1:
but if you read between the lines, why does pbf demand an OST after seeing how pac crushes cotto after taking cotto's best shot.. floyd Sr said it best in the interview after pac-cotto, he thinks pac is into something..
pac not bowing to pbf's demand is not a bitch move, its to show pbf he can't demand anything from his opponent, all they need is compromise..
pac agreeing to it at first and backing off, essentially ruining negotiations, is a bitch move
and the champ obliged.. :lol1:
145 is within the welterweight limit..
141-147 is a welterweight limit..
don't compromise if you can't do it.. it's just a mind game..
pac not bowing to pbf's term is just a mind game... he don't want pbf to think he is the boxing draw and act like a primadonna..
how on earth does a champion came in the ring and introduce first against a challenger? yes, only PBF does it because he thinks people will bow down to his demands..
pac on the other hand did the right thing.. try to compromise and not settle for his opponents demands..
only because he had no choice, pac held all the cards... i remember opposition from him on it, either 147 or 145 but no belt
LOL do you know how steroids work? They're used for training they affect his performance by giving him amazing muscle recovery/energy/protein synthesis while he's training allowing him to get far more out of his training than a clean person would.
Idk what you mean in your other paragraph......if he agreed to 7 day cut off and on the 6th day prior to the fight took it? Huh? Took what? the test? He wouldn't there's a 7 day cut off date....pretty confused.
if pac took the steroid you are saying 6 days prior to the fight because the cut-off has passed.. thats what i mean
steroid doesn't make you're inhuman that can take welter's best shot.. Sr claim pac's into somethng after the cotto annihilation.. keep clutching on straws..
and besides, pbf has his own issue.. :lol1: xylocaine was a banned substance in boxing in some states and he is injecting it in his hands to prolong training and get ready for the big fight..
Then have a 7 day cut off date.
What makes me think it'll be out of his system right after the bout? Simple, he'd Cycle the roids so that come fight night they won't be in his system anymore, it's very easily done even basic users know how to do it.
how would it affect his performance then if its not on his system by fight night? :nonono:
if he agreed on the 7 day cut-off and on the 6th day prior to the fight took it, would us boxing fans would be more happy? knowing that post fight test is not required based on their compromise.
i thought pbf sr said pac is into something during fight night..
No it's different because it's factually different. This has nothing to do with compromise or bowing to someone elses demands this is about proving you and your opponent are clean, Mayweather doesn't gain any sort of advantage by having additional testing so what's the problem?
The only logical conclusion is Pacquiao is roiding or he doesn't want the fight.
As for Floyds motivation about demanding the tests? Totally irrelevant as all Pacquiao has to do is accept the tests and prove he's clean then whoop Floyd but instead he's made a huge deal about the tests asking for cut off dates and what not, he just looks more guilty by the day. Take the tests and lets get the fight on, it's not hard it's a couple of needles @ random times.
pac had a history on this random blood test.. he lost in his first fight with Erik Morales..
he knows his body and have some kind of belief that it weakens him when taken so near before the final fight..
pac agreed to take the test right after the bout.. what makes you think it would already be out of his system just after the 12th rnd bell rang? he just dont want to take any blood test when the fight is near..
and floyd insist of his demand.. and the rest is history.. here we are debating about something that should have been one of the best fight of the century..

i know this has been said before but when any athlete refuses drug testing they make themselves look suspicious. manny pacquiao is no different from any other athlete and before you start telling people they are ignorant noobs, maybe you should realize that its not the first time blood testing was requested.
We know. Mayweather's scared of Pac, he ducked him, he doesn't want to fight him. Additional testing is bad for the sport, blah, blah, blah. We get it. There's no need for 100 threads about the same damn thing.
NSAC rules are 141-147 is a WW fight, but fighters can agree on a catchweight.
NSAC rules are that you must take their test, but fighters can agree on additional testing.
It's OK for Pac to request something not in the rules but not Mayweather? Pacs rule changing actually gives him an advantage, Mayweathers does not.
that's the problem, pac's camp didn't agree in floyds demand.. now move on..
it takes two boxers to compromise for the fight to take place..
So pac can juice?
stop beating a dead horse already.. not because a man have extra-ordinary power means he juiced up.. pac has taken all the doping test right after the fight and he hasn't even failed once.. try again..
What? That's totally different to Pacs situation lol. Floyd demanding additional tests isn't pussy because all Pac has to do is accept them and the fight is on. Where as Pac refusing to take the tests just further raises suspicions, two totally different situations.
it's different because you believe so.. :lol1:

we are talking of NSAC rules here son.. now sit down on the corner.. :D

But forcing a 147 champ to fight at 145 or inflicting harsh peniltys in terms of money, is taking the piss. IMO if you fight for a belt it should be at the belts limit not a catch weight, regardless of who the fighter is.
and the champ obliged.. :lol1:
