I have asked two of them. They both told me it took 24 hours maximum. That is also what I have read from credible sources.

mosley was tested more than mayweather. Mosley took 11 total tests. Mayweather took 10. The last one for Mosley was a week before the fight. Only a dumbass would use "blood draining" as an excuse. If this were the case, no world records would be set in any sport because all the athletes would be "blood-drained."

mayweather has to agree to the rules set out by the boxing commission otherwise there is no fight. boxers cant simply make up the rules to suit themselves.
