Whenever a fight is being worked out, they always say they have Humberto Soto ready to fight Pacquiao as an alternative. It sucks because they ain't anywhere near Pacquiao's level and doesnt provide any value, be it Soto or Margarito. They should just stop as it just increase the hate.
