But when there's a big fight, especially if it's one of my favourite fighters involved, I get really nervous, heart beating like crazy even if not much is going on in the ring, my balls sweat, my head sweats.
That happen to you guys too?
I ain't gonna lie. I get nervous as hell sometimes even shaking(j/k) LOL. but during the ring walks and the inrtoduction my heart feels like it's about to explode. But after round 1 I start to calm down.

Happens to me all the time. That is what I love about Boxing. It is like the NBA playoffs with our favorite team... Only there is so much national pride involved.
I was really nervous when Chavez fought De La Hoya. I got very emotional when he got cut in the first round. It was a sad day when he lost.
Oh yeah, ridiculously nervous when it's one of my favourite fighters. Worst I've been was Taylor-Abraham. Don't think I sat still for a single second. Up, walking around the room, shifting in my seat, back and forth. Horrible. Same with Taylor Froch.
Same here. That's why I go to the shitter before watching a big fight 'coz if I don't, I'll feel like I want to take a dump the whole show. Pretty nervous too with May vs Mosley, I thought I was going to see a KO and made me a little anxious the whole 12 rounds.
YO!! I thought I was just weird for feeling that way myself, I even contemplated not ordering the fight because of my nerves. I'm a Floyd fan for life, but I like Shane also. When I saw him(Floyd) get hit in the 2nd my heart was out of my chest and on the floor. And of course my 8 month old daughter wakes up out of sleep in the middle of it, so I had to DVR the thing and wait until she went back to bed. What an ordeal that was!!!!! I wonder how these boxers fell, their in the ring LOL!!!! I honestly think some fighters do kinda get nervous, I think Floyd does sometimes, that's why he doesn't let off in the first few rounds....just a theory!
I couldn't hardly sleep the night before and I was pacing around the day of the fight. It's weird when you 1st and 2nd favorite active fighters are squaring off in the ring. This was the match up I wanted to see more than any other boxing match since I started watching in the 80's. It's the fight I've wondered about the most for about a 3rd of my life. When Shane rocked Floyd, Istarted to get the same feeling I had when Tyson was on the carvas trying to pick up his mouthpiece with his glove. I haven't been about to watch that shit since.
Not just you. The bezzie mate and I were more jittery than Mosley before and during the fight. :laff2:
Nothing beats that feeling of the bell sounding, heart lurching into action, and starting to yell commands at the screen within the first few minutes. It's a total rush.
I get the shivers. Especially when the fight starts, it's like I'm sick or something.
When Mosley landed that massive right that buckled Mayweather, I looked like it was 20 degrees in my house.
Same here. Only in boxing I get the "anxious" feeling. Happens during any big fight actually for me. Even if I'm not really a huge fan. Like I was nervous during Pacquiao Cotto. Mayweather Mosley was like that for me.
I tell you the most nervous I ever was was when I flew out to Vegas for the Manny/Cotto fight at the MGM.
When the bell rang for round 1 my heart was about to pound out of my chest...
