Hopkins should come to the UK. But not for that reason. Roy the boxer was three feet in the ground when Joe fought him. The corpse had just decomposed by the time Hopkins rematched him. In other words, it makes no difference. It does when Hopkins performance was so bad that his own company suggested he retired because of that fight. Jones is the glass jawed one and yet Hopkins was on the canvas all nite and he forced a dirty fight then damn near claimed he was close to death, his performance was terrible and being that Jones wasn't even ranked and Hopkins was it's very significant negotiating point for Joe and his camp if they want to fight at home on this one.

Joe actually got the win in the 1st fight, Joe came here for the first fight and Joe had a better performance against a less shot version of Hopkins last opponent, Thus Joe can say I want the fight at home and get away with it.

I dont buy it. He barely won against Hopkins, and Hopkins made him look bad, plus he was fouled and knocked down. If he wanted to comeback it should be to face the winner of the super 6. Calzaghe made him look worse though. Had to resort to all sorts of cheating.
