claiming the fight was fixed is the single biggest proof of how moronic you are.

I can't believe how many people are so hung up on their own personal bias, they cannot even grasp reality. "the fight was fixed!" Do you know anything about boxing? For one thing, to suggest this was a fixed fight is a terrible insult to Shane Mosley, Nazeem Richardson, etc. We've all observed Brother Nazeem on 24/7, and tell me, does he seem insincere? Does he seem like a liar? Can a man give himself so completely to the will of Allah, then be involved in a fixed fight? It's that kind of thing that makes you realize, claiming this is a fixed fight makes you an utterly worthless moron. Is Shane Mosley known for such acting skills? Does he have the depth of emotion to portray subtle desperation in his face? He does not. This is a multi-million dollar business. Do you realize the longterm damage done to many, many rich and successful people, if it got out that a fixed fight was arranged? How it would effect HBO, boxing comissions, corporate shareholders? Do you, you f**king idiot? No, you don't- because you're borderline handicapped. Saying easy s**t like that, like you're seven years old. A fixed fight is serious, life-damaging business when so much money and sponsorship is being tossed around. Join the real world. You basically insulted Shane Mosley and his entire camp. I wish Rock Allen saw your ass on the street. Read Shay's entry about working with Floyd. Learn that because you dislike someone, doesn't mean they don't work. You don't see Floyd playing golf during camp (Oscar), you don't see Floyd shooting darts with the lads (Hatton), you don't see Floyd being low-key and playing golf (Shane). Not that thats the reasons those individuals didn't win against Floyd, but the point is, this guy is complete work ethic. You think hes a loudmouth because thats what he wants you to think. And come to think of it, thats probably the best example of just how much you yourself get owned by Floyd Mayweather. There is no fixed fight. Learn about boxing, you utter failures. My God, is boxing full of such backwards and stupid f**king fans? It's amazing tickets get sold at all.

Arum and GBP Promotions know exacly know what their doing.....make Pacquaio look like a machine against Clottey both under Arum wouldn't be hard to fix. GBP make Mayweather look invincible to Mosley both under GBP (Mosley partners with DeLaHoya)............setting up the biggest fight in History and this one won't be fixed.

Maybe it was the pressure of the first time fighting in a big fight that got to him. The only fight you could mention was the de la hoya fight. De la hoya who was virtually unknown then, had the advantage. He was used to fighting infront of a couple hundred people, mosley was not. That is probably why mosley never had a belt around his waist. That combined with things i listed earlier. This fight was definetly not fixed. Mosley didn't become like this overnight, he was always gassing out early and giving up, years and years of bad habbits. Another reason is that from a buisness stand point it makes absolutely no sense whatever. Example; golden boy stood a great chance of drawing in the biggest ppv numbers ever with mosley vs pac. Not to mention mountains of cash, Mosley who at the tender age of 38 , maybe a good five mega fights left in him is a virtual cash cow, his ppv numbers dont lie. Which makes me wonder why they put him in with such a dangerous opponent. Mayweather on the other hand still in his prime has a few years left in him, Seeing as no one wants him to fight pac, the fight wouldn't draw nearly as much as the corely fight. Only drawing in real boxing fans.

There was nothing strange about mosley saturday night. He lands a big shot and clearly hurts mayweather, then lands a shot that looks like what i imagine happens when you hit someone with a frying pan and decides after that, that its time to give up because the shot didnt knock mayweather down or out. It's kind of like when he hit Margarito with a big right hand and figured he couldn't knock him out so he let him off the hook and stopped punching. I think maybe it was the countering of Mayweather afterwards that stopped him from doing much of anything at all. It reminds me of when Cotto, De la hoya, and Vargas countered him and he just decided he had enough and lost those fights, execpt those fighters didnt quite have the punching power mayweather brings into the ring and mosley who doesn't get hit often was overwhelmed because someone with notable ko power was hitting him. He couldn't adjust.

I've heard that before, but my comments are meant more for this specific fight. Because I honestly know that it's people's own dislike of Mayweather over-riding logic and reality to them. There is no way that was an arranged "fixed' fight- Floyd beat him masterfully. The way I see it, if people with greater boxing education than US are saying it... are they all in the "fix", too?

This is again actual scientific proof that the majority of people here understand nothing about boxing, the science of it, the structure of it, have never even walked or driven past a boxing gym, much less stepped foot in one.
