Floyd can fight anyone and get $25-30 million per fight including PPV and Gate revenue along with promoter earnings because he has became a bigger draw than he already was after wins over P4P #2 and P4P #3 in dominating fashion. He made 30 mill against Marquez and will likely make more than 40 mill against Mosley, he doesn't need to fight Pacquiao for the "Money"...Pacquiao on the other hand can fight another Clottey type and make a 8 million guarantee, but he wont get the type of payday he could against Mayweather. Floyd has the upper hand in negotiations now, you will see that when the PPV Buys are out for Mayweather-Mosley...it will do much more than Pacquiao-Cotto. why should the pressure be on pac? why does someone who has never had any history of using PED's agree to something not required by any commission? the pressure should be on NSAC to implement better testing for all their sanctioned fights i can agree with this. and i hope they do so that this fight will happen.

I'm fine with this thought as well. I think Pacquiao is a squeaky clean fighter. If NSAC improves their testing and both camps agree upon it, I'm all for it. But if convincing him to take the tests without cutoffs is what will make the fight happen, then I don't mind them pressuring him either. you're fine with manny bending over and taking the tests proposed by his opponent and not any sanctioning bodies. im not sure manny is... the fairest way to go through this is if GBP and floyd ask for better testing from NSAC. if NSAC says yes, then manny should agree. if NSAC feels it is unnecessary, then floyd should drop it. manny already said he is willing to go though the test if it was ordered by the commission. we got a fight. problem solved.

Yes they do. That's the beauty of ESPN, and the American public isn't too fond of cheaters. most of the public don't even believe pac is cheating. and no they don't care about the drug testing for this fight. and ESPN has hardly even put any coverage on it other than stating the obvious that floyd wants blood testing but pac doesn't. espn too far up lebron's ass to care.
