Boxinholic, You know what, man. I've spoken to some veteran pro fighters myself and they say the same thing. And, it trips me out because these former fighters opinions I think highly of due to the fact that they were pro fighters. At the same time, I'm just a fan who had some amateur experience, and I think Phony Boy would beat PAC decisively. So, either this is a case where the people who are considered having more wisdom than me, could be possibly wrong on this, I don't know. That's why these two need to get it on. I won some money off a retired fighter last night, he bet on Mosley. A lot of fighters bet on Shane because they feel he had heart and was the hungrier man... they were wrong. I told them why Shane would lose and without defense Manny will lose to. ..period!

People I talk to differ on who they think is ducking who. Most of the casual fans side with Pacquiao. I've always thought it was Pacquiao's more offensive style which makes people who don't know boxing assume he is better since he throws more punches and does more damage. Most of the people who do know boxing that I talk to agree on this: Pacquiao is an animal, Floyd is skilled.

Im confused..are you saying because a retired boxer(probably never fought anyone ranked) has an opinion..it has some sort of meaning?..everyone has an opinion on this fight..a retired boxer who fought Julian Jackson for WBC title told me that he thinks Floyd will expose Pac if they fight..he thinks Pac will not be able to handle Floyd at all.. every has a different feel..the one thing I think..is that Floyd being tagged by a clean shot last night..may make Roach more eager to get this fight signed..Roach only likes to take fighters he sees flaws in..I highly think that Roach will believe they can do more and will want to take the fight now!

The fight has to happen at the end of the year that is all I know. Everybody has an opinion on how this fight will play out. But, that is all it is an opinion. It can only be a fact when the fight is over. Fight has to happen at the end of the year. The Pac-Cotto fight, Pac-Clottey fight, and Floyd-Shane fight proves nothing IMO on what will happen in Floyd-Pac. Reason being all different styles. But, one thing I can damn near guarantee is that neither fighter is scared of the other fight. The Pac-Marquez fight shows exactly what'll happen. :boxing:

Didnt you forget who killed the fight first? How many times do people have to tell you THAT IS NOT TRUE WHATSOEVER. My goodness the drug testing was IN THE BEGINNING of negotiations. They brought it to Manny later on and he said he had a problem with it.

My pops thinks Floyd better go and fight Pac before he gets too old, he thinks Pac may beat him in a tough fight...my brother(casual fan at best) thinks Pac will knock Floyd out if they fight...I think Floyd will stop Pac late...
